President Barack Obama on Sept. 18 asked CEOs of the country's largest corporations to help prevent another debt-ceiling crisis by using their influence with Republicans. In his fifth address to the Business Roundtable since taking office in 2009, Obama rapped a "small faction" of Republicans whom he said were willing to risk defaulting on U.S. debt in a vain attempt to repeal the Affordable Care Act, one of the signature legislative achievements of his first term.
